    Under Adil’s leadership, our multidisciplinary team designs and supports the construction of substations and industrial power systems. Adil’s priority is keeping projects on time and within budget, ensuring successful outcomes for our clients.

    Expertise:     Underground residential power design, street lighting design, distribution design

    Danielle’s experience in the power industry helps her create continuous improvement in our project processes, as well as enhance our safety and quality standards so that we can deliver projects in scope and on time.

  • Mike Harper

    PROGRAM MANAGER TRANSMISSION


    Experience: 11 years

    Expertise: Overhead and underground systems

    Mike comes from a background of delivering EPC distribution and transmission projects ranging from 4 kV to 500 kV and currently leads the transmission design department at Hardline. Mike has held various roles from design engineer, field engineer, owner’s engineer, project manager, construction manager, and site superintendent often completing multiple roles concurrently in both local and remote construction environments.

    INTERCONNECTIONS PROGRAM MANAGER


    Experience:     8 Years

    Expertise: Wind, solar, storage Interconnection, electrical system studies, industrial system design, underground residential distribution

    Rafae has been exposed to several aspects of electrical design practice including the design and construction of generation facilities, transmission lines, distribution systems and large industrial load facilities. Rafae has a keen interest in renewable energy development projects and has led the design efforts for solar + storage and wind facilities.
